It’s movie time at the Water School! Join us for an afternoon of short films and discussion surrounding the topics of water and our environment. The documentary AWAKE, A Dream from Standing Rock will be screened on April 17 at 4pm. This film is a record of the massive peaceful resistance led by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe to the Dakota Access Pipeline through their land and underneath the Missouri River.

This Water School is offered in collaboration with the Michigan State University Department of English and Michigan State University Film Studies faculty and graduate students.
